I've uploaded the files but a lot has been changed on my pc since so i dont know if it is of any use Sorry for the delay i've been a bit busy with installing a new drive in my pc, I'm doing a disc clone not from my old hdd to an SSD so i cant run any scans atm but i will run them when i'm finished cloning in abt 5 houres Strange thing tho that the virus has all the correct info even down to the version number in the details tab of the file properties I can send the virus file of sppsvc, the windows file thats in the system 32 is the original windows ver with cert and crc that are correct. I dont have an option here to post files yet, maybe its because i have to few posts? I still have the virus because i wanted to open it with an editor se if there are some lines in it i could recognise and there are some redirections to files called "os2.exe" and "pmshell.exe"

Sorry that I didn't reply sooner i think the virus is already removed completely, it was a trojan for sure because there were services started that would normally never start like the telephony and some secured network services, i stopped them and put them to manual and they didn't startup any more after reboot so lucky there is nothing managing them.

To find out whether your Windows 10 license is OEM, Retail, or Volume, use these steps: How to check product key type installed on Windows 10 In this Windows 10 guide, we detail the steps required to find out if the license installed on your device is OEM, Retail, or Volume. If you're thinking of reusing the same product key on another computer, or you're just wondering the type of license installed on your device, you can use the Windows Server License Manager Script (slmgr) command tool to find out. Although you can use this license multiple times on different computers, you can't transfer it with the device when the system changes ownership, and you're not allowed to activate devices that aren't part of the organization. Usually, a Volume license allows organizations to use one master product key to activate any installation of Windows 10. A Volume license is designed for a large business, education, and government scenario.
